What we’re built to do:
• Partner artists and projects with skilled production, management and marketing services
• Create access to presentation and development spaces
• Respond to the need of training and artform development
• Provide advocacy, advice, leads and opportunities for theatre and performing artists
• Draw on and develop local and national networks – by forming cooperative and beneficial relationships with cultural, presentation and co-producing partners.
• Offer critical artistic support to artists during creative development
• Foster a critical culture amongst artists and audiences

The Creative Producer
Producers are individuals who can act as a catalyst between an artists idea and its final production.
Producers can help to hone, test, suggest and implement changes to the process of making the idea happen. This includes financial, logistic, artistic and structural considerations in a work finding its widest and most receptive audiences.

In a continuum that starts with an idea of an artist or artists and culminates in this idea realized in front of or inside of an audience, the Creative Producer plays a key role in guiding and supporting the product through needs identified by both artist(s), venues, and the producing organisations.
