The Annual General Meeting on 19th April 2008 amended the Constitution so that the name of our association is now Darwin Community Arts Incorporated. We will legally operate the new name once our application to change our name (with the Northern Territory Office of Business Affairs) is approved. The change in name represents a significant step in our reinvention, and was proposed as part of the original "Reinventing Brown's Mart" Plan in late 2006. We will transition to using the new name in the coming months.
