Located next door to Civic Park and across the road from the Old Town Hall Ruins, Brown’s Mart is Darwin’s premiere intimate venue for bands, theatre, events and workshops.

Comprising a theatre, courtyard, licenced bar, rehearsal room, 80 seat multi function venue and an adminstration building this historic venue has hosted some of Australia and the world’s bests artists.

The theatre is an air-conditioned studio (‘black-box’) theatre with several seating configurations available, accommodating a maximum of 160 people. Tiered seating ensures that there is not a bad seat in the house.

The courtyard has movable staging and can comfortably contain 400 people.
