For all shows at Brown’s Mart, ticket purchases are available through our secure online booking system or at the box office one hour before the show commences. In almost all cases, Brown’s Mart charges a $2.50 once-off service fee per transaction for the purchase of tickets.
Please note that Concession tickets normally apply to: Seniors, Concession Card holders and students. Please provide the appropriate ID when collecting your tickets.
Before attending a show, ticketed or otherwise, please read through Browns Mart’s PATRON CODE OF CONDUCT.
Browns Mart has gone paperless and we no longer print physical tickets. All tickets will be emailed to patrons once they have completed their online sale or phone order. Tickets can be presented on your hand-held device when you arrive for the show. If you cannot produce your tickets, please present photo ID to our staff so we can manually check you in to the performance.
Browns Mart does not offer a box office facility on site until one hour before the start of each performance, however you can reach us by phone at 08 8981 5522.
Ticket Refunds & Exchanges
Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase except as outlined in the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice. Visit their website to download the ticketing code of practice.
Box Office Opening Times
The box office will be open for one hour before the start of the performance. Please present your tickets on your hand-held device so that we can scan you into the show. Once you’ve been checked in to the scanned into the show, we invite you to relax in our open air, picturesque Courtyard, chat with friends and have a drink from the bar, which is open an hour before the start of the show.
As a venue for hire we also stage works and performances by other arts organisations, individuals and groups. Ticket sales will usually be available through our on line ticketing system. However, organisations may use their own individual booking systems. Please refer to their listing under WHAT’S ON for details.
